Alkaline sports drinks (and international orders)...

I have been toying with the idea of making a super alkaline sports drink. Anything like this exist? Worst case scenario is I just grind up some calcium in my local sports drink.
Also, are there any sports drink powders that ship internationally? I live in Japan.

P.S.- what is a good makeup for a cycling sports drink? I hear that the local drinks don't cove all the 'salts' and have too much sugar.
