Default eat more than calculation predict...

i am worried aout how much i am eating!i am 23,106lbs.about 10%of body fat, and i train 7 times a week. when i ride 25 miles a day i eat 2800kcal,and when i ride 50-60miles even more than 3000kcal a day.havent noticed any weight changes but all calculations say i should consume maximum 2500 kcal a day or less.does anyone have similar problem?i am afraid that i will realize after some time that i gaind weight and do not want it!if i pass my caloric intake for 300 or more calories a day i will gain more than pound a week and i am not able to see and reveal it in some short period of time...

2500 calories a day is what I assume are general assumptions for a minimally active person. Since you are training so much, 3000 calories a day isn't a huge stretch. If you're not gaining weight, I would guess that your daily calorie intake is about right.

As an interesting side note, riders in the Tour de France regularly expend 10,000+ calories per day. If they only ate 2500 calories a day, they'd come out of the tour 30 pounds lighter than when they started.

Even though I am new to endurance sports, I have found that I have had a hard time eating enough calories to maintain my weight. I think that 3K per day is more than reasonable for your weight and your body should show signs of weight gains or losses if your intake is not correct. Also, pay attention to your energy levels. This can also be an indicator whether you are getting too much or not enough.
