Hi all. New member here so please go easy on me.. ![]() I've been riding seriously for about 18 months now and have tried all sorts of energy drinks and food in that time. More recently I've started baking my own flapjacks to take on long rides and whilst they come out very well, I'm starting to get a little bored of the recipe. Has anyone got an alternatives they can recommend for things like flapjacks or oat-cakes? Just after a bit of inspiratiion.. Thanks sampras39 |
