Default mucus after cycling

i notice i have much mucus today after cycling. i have much sticky water from my spit and nose. is it normal. what causes it and how to prevent. thanks guys

Can't be for certain, but I was noticing the same about 4 weeks ago when we were very very dry. I tossed it up to allergies since people were cutting the hay fields and we've been turning that corner and heading to fall. 1 claratin and tons of water when I got home helped me out withing an hour or so.
