Opinions on Cyberpump

It looks pretty interesting for a pay site. Is it worth it?

No.

Cyberpump was one of the first sites I went to several years ago as a
complete noob (when it was free) to learn about weight training. It's
taken years of deprogramming (much of it here) to rid myself of the
crap they filled my head with. OK, maybe that's a bit of an
exaggeration, but to actually pay for such misguided training info is
in my opinion ridiculous. I wouldn't send someone there for free.
