Default The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook - Lyle McD

I was just reading some reveiews of this book at Amazon

http://tinyurl.com/8kqmh

Many of the great reviews seem to be by people who frequent Lyle's web site.
I recognize alot of the same user names. Is this book actually any good or
are the reviewers just shill's for Lyle.

I've got three of his books, and they all fall into the "no nonsense
just do it" category. He tells you what to do and why, and they
invariably work for me, so I'd say they were "actually any good".

And the first time I read "shills for Lyle" I thought "he's new here,
isn't he?" ;-)

But you could probably find the info you want online if you do a lot
of digging. The books organize it all into one place and put it in a
usable framework.

It's a fun read and has some excellent advice.
It also presumes that the reader has SOME knowlege of general nutrition
and food makeup. ;-)

If you understand basic nutrition, do get it...

I'm not on Lyle's website FWIW...

Cheers!

Both.

If you can actually follow simple directions, Lyle's version of the PSMF
work's great.

And, yes, the reviews were written by, as has been pointed out, his
flankies.

Buy the book. Don't try to obtain all the details on his forum. It's worth
it.

Shills for Lyle??

The only shills for Lyle would involve some kinda kinky sex with young asian
hotties.

Are you volunteering?
