I was wanting to know that if you have had the flu within a year is it easier to catch it again (say 7 months later). By having the flu is your body more prone to being sick more often? I got really sick and I am now catching colds every month or so. Any info is appreciated. thanks |

Any info is appreciated. thanks No, you are immune to the strain of flu you had, so to that extent you are LESS likely to get the flu again. --Rich |

Being sick last year doesn't automatically predispose you to being sick this year, though if you were *really* sick, so sick that you couldn't get out of bed for months, then you might be weaker next year. Short of that, shouldn't make much difference. -- David Wright :: alphabeta at prodigy.net These are my opinions only, but they're almost always correct.
