Upgrade mozo RM 120

Hi

I am wondering how good a Mozo RM 120 fork is it came with my bike and i am thinking of replacing it with a judy xc , would there be much differant in the forks

Any help would be nice

What would be a good cheap fork i do most of my riding on paved roads but i want a good fork ?
i have 400 A dollars
