Default Best commute??

What is your best commute to work or the store? Mine is the longest way I will go and has loamy forested trails, killer hills, and great pavement stretches that are great when I need to spin.
The only downside is the traffic everywhere here in Western Washington.

My ride to work is a fun 1.5 miles where I loose 300 ft of elevation at speeds around 35 mph on curvy roads. Depending on traffic where I have to cross streets, it's about a 6-7 min ride. Coming home, on the other hand, takes just over 15 min and is a killer workout.
