Default Giant Yukon

I live in Colorado and was looking at an 17" '06 Yukon and as a newb was wondering if $420 was fair? I was told that it was one the best bikes in its price range with the stock features.
Also I am 5'10" and about a 195 with shorter legs(30" inseam) is the 17" okay?
Will probably get it as it seems like a better bike then the busted old GT All-terra I see in my garage and never ride.
Any thoughts would be nice.
P.S. It is the black not blue.

Probably true - Giants are known for most bang for the buck.

Yukons are a good buy. I know of a few friends who XC race on them, and one who freerides. They come with good specs, but are highly upgradable.
