Default World Masters Games 2009 Sydney

Trying to loby for mountain biking to be the the World Masters Games in Sydney October 11 to 18, 2009. So far there is no mountain biking, if you want to loby info@2009worldmasters.com gets you the contact,
too look http://www.2009worldmaster.com/ if we succeed I was thinking of running endurance, XC, DH, 4X(we use mountain X) and dual slalom.

The masters games are for people over 30, thats it over 30, that why they have 70,000 competitors, much bigger than the olympics.

I do not know when the UCI World Championships are in Canberra in 2009 but you may be able to catch both, although the UCI Worlds you don't get to ride much, do you want to ride?

Default Re: World Masters Games 2009 Sydney

I have found out the sports that will be in the 2009 World Masters Games were decided in 2005 when Sydney put its bid in to the WMG body, this apparently cannot change. Thanks for your support, sorry about the effort, you will just have to come for the Worlds.
