I checked the search and couldn't find anything. Does anyone own a Bontrager Aeolus 5.0 (clincher) wheel with the PT SL (2.4) wireless hub ? I am trying to get feedback with regard to that wheel choice for a light, aero, everyday wheel (instead of a Zipp 303) that has a PT hub ? Thank you for your help. |

My understanding is that the wheel has not been released yet. But I do know that Bontragger get the Hubs from Saris un-drilled. They then drill them to cater for the hole count and the paired spoke pattern on the Aeolus wheels. I'm waiting for my set - Aeolus 5.0 full carbon clincher with built in 2.4. Only about a 100g heavier than the tubby version - can't wait!! |

I think this is going to be an awesome wheel - mine is on order from local agents here in S.A. I have a set of 404 tubbies which I race with, but I think these are going to be brilliant for races when I don't have backup vehicles, as well as using these as buckup wheels when I race on the 404's - can't wait!! |
