Power Tap SL 2.4 Meter w/ Mavic Wheelset

Does anyone know whether a Power Tap SL 2.4 Power Meter can be built into a Mavix Kyserium Elite or ES wheelset? I can't seem to find anyone on the internet offering that. Is it because of the bladed spokes not being able to fit to the Power Tap SL 2.4 hub? Thanks Rob
