I was thinking it would be a good idea to set up a sticky thread titled "FAQ". In it would be an index of commonly asked topics and links to threads, specific posts or other resources. If everyone could send in suggestions along with links on commonly asked topics, I'd be happy to compile an index, group things into sensible categories etc. Cheers Alex Some starting suggestions: Training Indoors Difference between indoor & outdoor training Types of indoor trainers / recommendations How to use rollers Weight/gym training Pedalling technique How to determine FTP / MAP How to improve FTP / MAP Power levels Interval training Which powermeter? Powermeter troubleshooting Cadence (& torque) Training plans Recommended reading Coaching Useful links

I think this is a great idea. A few things I'd hope to see: 1. What do ATL, CTL, TSB, TSS mean and how should they be interpreted 2. Power zones and physiological adaptations expected 3. Reliable FTP and MAP testing protocols 4. Power meter calibration and validation Regards, Mark I hope you're not expecting the questioners to provide the answers |
