there is an option to display current, or previous interval data, or just the whole of ride data.

Quote: It's all in the manual, which is freely downloadable if one doesn't already have a copy. Don't be lazy, read up and learn - it will help and one might even find out some other cool things about their power meter.

1) hold one button for 2 seconds goes into interval mode 2) hold the other button for 2 seconds goes into torque mode 3) hold both buttons for 2 seconds loses all your data I wouldn't feel comfortable hearing that and then trying to remember/apply it during my next ride without screwing it up. |

Probably the easiest method: hold the mode (left) button for 2 seconds at the start of your first interval each day. This will change the display mode to interval AND start the interval timer at the same time. After that the display will stay in interval model until you switch it back out by doing the same thing, but you typically won't need to do that. |

![]() Those menus and navigation aren't the most intuitive, but they're pretty easy to get used to after you've used them a couple times. |

No, nor can you program any kind of alarm, timer or anything else that tells you to do anything on a preset schedule. The PT CPU displays things like real time, average and peak data, records up to nine intervals for ride time display and records all ride data for upload to a computer (till you run out of memory). But it doesn't have any training aids like reminders to start or stop an interval or power targets of any kind including incremental ramps. -Dave |
