When the UCI provides the rider with the results is a separate question. If UCI provides it later than Landis went on King, then he didn't have it at the time. What Zorzoli said is entirely consistent with Landis not having the report at the time of the King show.

What does that have to do with anything? LA gave permission to the UCI to release documents. Zorzoli made a mistake and gave the L'Equipe reporter more than one doping form. Because he accidently did something that harmed Armstrong we are supposed to question his description of basic procedure, like the team and the athlete are given testing results?
