+1 for saying this is a dumb idea...

let's be real... doping is an integral part of the sport so you can't really discuss the racing without considering it. sometimes it comes up when it really doesn't need to but, hey this is a forum and people get of topic on a load of different subjects not just doping and we can choose to ignore posts that we are just not interested in as well. only thing with doping is that it is actually relevant to consider in many, many case.

someone used the example of the Daulphine.. this is actually a prime example where it is/was impossible to decipher the results of the Daulphine without considering doping schedules among other things... it sad, but that's just the way it is...

Ah yes, now definitive proof that Flyer likes doping. Very few who celebrate Christmas dislike Santa, thus Flyer comparing this to cycling without doping is simply him saying that he likes cyclign simply for doping. Not surprising to anyone who has read his posts through his numerous names that have been banned.

Apparently I'm drugged up to my eyeballs spitting out stuff about Columbia. So you can't keep me out of the threads

It's all just getting silly now. There used to be a time when I really hated the "he's a DOPER" crowd that dotted every thread with at least 7 "he's a doper" one liners.

Sadly it seems they were right

Kohl/Schummie/Piepie/Ricco etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc have eroded the final bit of disappointment I had in cycling. Now I'm just living in total naivety. My head is about as deep in the sand as I can get it. I've given up on the details and concerning myself with anything other than pretty pictures. I love watching the sport - I'm just not going to bother with the details.

Cycling to me is like reading book by looking at the pictures - who cares about the words???
