Once again an emotional response with no facts. Can someone please just tell me why Lance was never thrown out of the Tour (like Festina, Vino, etc.)? And why was he never suspended (Basso, etc.)?

anyways, I contend la was a bank robber during his tour campaigns and continues to be a robber maintaining his fraud of an organization, livestrong. He will never confess b/c it will destroy his foundation of lies.

LA was caught with peds and any effort to convince right-minded, free thinking people who possess more than two brain cells will be utterly futile. There are only two categories of people who still believe-- Those who don't know any better b/c they aren't aware of the truth and those who have an unhealthy obsession with the guy, typically expressed through fanatical rantings of defense, hero worship, and postings of pictures, usually manipulated in order to reaffirm imaginary image.

Because he did not test positive during the tour. However, had the EPO test been around earlier, and <ding><ding><ding>, we have a winner. He did test positive for EPO. If he was so sure there was nothing in those urine samples, then answer me this, why did he not sue? Because there is no reason to confront the French conspiracy to defrock him? Because baseless accusations are something everyone who is innocent lets slide? I am guessing here, just a hypothesis really, but maybe....just maybe...he didn't want the content of that urine disclosed in a legal proceeding.
