A super short summary would be "soap opera following the flirting between Crankyfeet and NNS1400". Occasionally, some other discussions thrown in to relieve the (cough) monotony.

We discuss LOTS of things, and you can discuss anything you want...the more trivial the better, I say...movies, music, sports, hobbies, jokes, so join in anytime... It's purely up to the observer to decide if any flirting is going on....

8. The munchkins rejoice, posting with joy and abandonment.

12. There is much rejoicing again by the munchkins. FID'ers start playing with their avatar identities.
13. NNS is taken by the show of chivalry from fellow FID members and falls in avatar love with the winner of the sexiest avatar competition.

[edit - 13a. Much flirting going on here....but only for about 20-30 pages or so ]

14. The thread goes into hibernation for four weeks while two of the members just disappear for some reason.
15. Thread is rejuvenated mid-November. Two of the vacationing members return with rosy cheeks.
16. Thread starts to pick-up some new regular posters (Jhusk, C'Girl, Eden, TDL), TFF returns and joins the stalwarts like NNS, Bro Deal, Cranky, Edie, with supporting actor roles played by tagsy (matagi), Frigo, Felt, stevebaby, and the Thread Patroness herself, Klodifan. Our celebrity cameo poster, Helmut, starts to grace our thread more regularly, free of charge.
16. Thread posting explodes. We post nearly 200 posts in one day (and in the process, I am getting a Nikon D80 sometime soon, thanks to the photography advice ).
17. Start picking up more welcome contributors, like confusedfan, italiano, and yourself.
