Trev - Americans are morning people and go to bed much earlier than Aussie's. It has something to do with less beer consumption or "the early bird catches the worm" lesson that's taught here in kindergarten or that people in LA have to get up at 4:00am so they can talk to New Yorkers who've just got into work.
