As Edie said, the Frostbite TT is on at the end of this month. For me, its either going to be Mason Lake or the Pacific Raceway circuit races in March.

BTW Eden, they've moved the Pac Raceway meets up two weeks so they are now starting mid-March.

Everyone just knows she can't act.

However it will probably end up as a cult film... like Attack of the Killer Tomatoes or something.

I'll probably show up to as many Pac Raceways as fit into my training schedule (which should be fairly many - I can always just do the cat4 or beginner mentoring if I need an easy day - if I need something more I can ride with the men afterwards too... and I think its free if I mentor first). I'm always trying to encourage our women to go there - its great practice.

Hey... we might end up in the same race. We could have one of those hidden deals that none of the rest of my team knows about... Except that I would probably not be able to keep up with you...

Cranky, looks like you are becoming somewhat popular in DPF. BTW, is aquatrain a sock of thebluetrain, or is it someone else?

Does anybody read Justin Webb's America - a blog on BBC? His latest post has the following about the Republican candidates:

-----
"One knows nothing about economics (or so the Arizona senator used to say) and the other nothing about science (he alone among us is unrelated to the apes) - I cannot see a majority of Americans this year regarding that as progress, evolution, however charming the two men are."
-----

I hope the last statement is true, especially considering that this is probably the only place in the world where debates such as "should intelligent design be taught in schools" take place.

um, probly not... I'm a big, big chicken when it comes to racing with the boys... I ride my rain bike (without the fenders of course), I hang out at the back and I rarely ever finish. There's an unwritten Rory rule that the women in with the men are free to drop in and out as much as we like as long as we don't get involved in the finish. For me its mainly just a good desensitizing exercise and an opportunity to do some intervals.
