Anyone like to add their thoughts, as I imagine there are a lot more knowledgable people here.

They gave us freedom from English rule, we gave them Big Macs in return. There were many second thoughts.

And the Freemasons.

But I don't think the French were fighting for American Patriots, they just hated the English that much.

Don't worry we don't really know what to do with the freedom.

Shall I do something with my freedom? Isn't it enough to believe corporate media?

Too many.

How many days to the Tour Down Under? I wonder if all the ProTour teams will show.

Well. we tried exporting the freedom, but unfortunately it just allowed those we freed to freely hate us. So we tried exporting democracy, but that only allowed the people to freely elect popular leaders who hate America. So now we're back to the good old days of perhaps supporting tyrannical despots that we can at least have some influence over. You know, like for instance back in the eighties when we supported Saddam and a bunch of other Middle Eastern self-imposed rulers, and the whole gang of Central and Southern American Mafioso lords.

Maybe those countries filled with naughty people just aint ready to be USA mini-mes yet.
