Did Millar ever say how he beat the EPO test?

It would be interesting to hear what is done to beat the tests. Since Millar came clean about using EPO, perhaps he shared his cover up secrets as well??

yeah, but there is only a 3 day window. So you stay at your girlfriends house, or do a training camp in the alps.

All the chatter on this forum about Millar's anti-doping preachings and his "clean" image, boistered by being on Slipstream and all....just remember that Millar only spilled the beans after the Spanish Police went to his home with a search warrant and busted him for a cache of performance juice in his fridge. Cheat to the gills if you can get away with it but crap yourself when caught. This makes Millar as honorable as the guy that never got bagged....

And it would appear that the actual probability of getting tapped for an OOC test was just about nil until quite recently, and it is still the case that unless specifically targetted there isn't even a modest probability of being tested OOC so the dope testers would not even discover you were taking these evasive steps.

Hasn't there been talk about using this technique. Basically you'd inject right before leaving for Majorca or wherever, file your paperwork informing the dope testers at that time, and basically by the time they could even "catch up" to you it would be out the system. This seems to be one of those huge windows that was maybe just closed down last year with the Rasmussen affair.
