Wouldn't be surprised at all to hear he has a chemical dependency issue.

That kind of pictures speak a lot about the relation between riders and doping!
There is no reason to ban directly Rasmussen, but there is no reason to allow him to meet the riders on a race. Especially after the explanation of Conte about the Chicken(or maybe duck) technic to beat doping test.

By the time you come back, the dope will be flushed out of the system, and you have the benefit of the hard training. You can do this up to two times and thus effectively beat the system.

Why shouldn't he be allowed to procreate? I doubt that it is genetic or anything...

I'm still not quite sure what to think of the chicken...

On the one hand I felt really sorry for him when we won his first polka dot jersey but crashed twice in the TT.

On the other hand skipping multiple drug tests creates a rather unpleasant taste in the mouth.

BUT! The real question is - how does he spend 20 hours a week trainig in the sun and never get a tan? Strange...
