Hmm ... wonder what the French taxpayers think of their tax dollars sponsoring a prisoner tour of France.

I'd really like to read the business case for this project costing the pros and cons. e.g. freeing up jail cells ...$XXX,000 , self-esteem for prisoners $priceless, etc.
