Default Is Basso riding TdF 2009?

Just a quick question: Is basso rigind on this Tour de France? I ask because I have not heard of him so far, and I though that after the Giro in which he didn't even make it to the podium he would be in great shape now, just like Lance.

He will be in the 2009 Vuelta, barring injury/controversy.
