Astana won the TTT. Lance was behind Alberto? I didn't see the race today, but I'm confused on the times?

He was in 3rd before the TTT, in front of Alberto. Now his second by under a second and has 19 seconds on Alberto.

In stage 3 Contador finished 49th, in a group that was 41 seconds behind behind Lance and 25 other riders.

Stage 3, Lance went with a break at about 10km to go, Contador did not, lost the time.
