Visiting The Tour The France in a wheelchair?

Hello,

By coincidence I am near Paris sunday july 26th. So I really want to check out the finish of The Tour.

I am in a wheelchair. Does any of you know if it is possible to visit Paris and actualy see something? Or is it way too crowded?
