Assen - Assen (ITT) 4.8 km The course for the first individual time trial is fast and completely flat. The stage is one lap of TT Circuit Assen, a famous motorcycle course. Last edited by steve; 08-27.-2009 at 10:52 PM. |

Cancellara destroyed the field... 9 seconds gained on Boonen in second place and next top 19 within 13 seconds... Significant difference. Sanchez and Schlecks lost a bit of time on other GC contenders, but it's good to see tight battle among other GC candidates.
