Did you see his absolutely horrible "leadout" in stage 1 today? He pulled ONE teammate to the front, then pulled off, leaving him hanging out to dry. Yeah, that'll control the pace! At least with the wreck, he didn't lose any time. -- http://home.sport.rr.com/cuthulu/ human rights = peace a yellow wallpaper poem is a dirty clip, 8:25:36 PM 6 July 2003 |

So what's Fab's threshold of pain? Would he be up there with Tyler Hamilton, riding with a broken collarbone? Or, would he wimp out if a gray sky was not properly color coordinated with his jersey? |

Guys like him don't experience pain -- the inflict it. Just watch hinm on the the Col de Ramaz when he's spinning a 53-14 up the steepest grades and dropping the peloton like so much windblown chaff. -- http://home.sport.rr.com/cuthulu/ human rights = peace the HIGHWAY is made out of LIME JELLO and my HONDA is a barbequeued OYSTER! So that was Fab falling over in the final sprint, taking out large chunks of the peleton? |
