I rode one for a few minutes. Easy and kind of fun, but I think you'd max out its capabilities
within an hour and then spend the rest of your life wondering why you wasted all that money.

it was because when the battery was pretty much drained the software got glitchy. so it happened
when someone did not recharge it. it is a cool device and the inventer seems to be a pretty cool
guy. the same technology is getting used in new wheelchairs that can go up steps and such. He is
working on a new water purifier that also generates power for third world countries.

I would much rather have one of these.

http://www.exkate.com/ecom/stores_ap...=129&page_id=5

ACCELERATION: 0-22 MPH in 4 SECONDS! BRAKING: 22-0 MPH in approx 30 FT RANGE: 10 to 12 Miles

That 30ft stop might be kinda hairy.

=v= And is therefore SPAM. If it were on-topic for a bicycles newsgroup (which it is not), there's a
.marketplace newsgroup for commercial postings, but this is just plain old all-around spam.

=v= Complaint addresses:

(1) This violates the newsfeed's terms of service. Tell: groups-abuse@google.com

(2) The spamvertised website is in violation of its upstream provider's terms of service. Tell:
hostmaster@yipes.com

They better have extra grippy grip tape.

I don't remember them being $1200. That's a little steep.
