Where is the best place to ride ??? I'm new to Wake Forest area ... I see "Bike Routes 1 & 2" near Purnell road - but MAN ... you'd have to be brave/crazy to ride those roads with no shoulders... Help |

I have only met a tractor-trailer coming in the opposite direction once. It was delivering a rental bulldozer to the local dogs home, and turned off into a driveway just before I reached it. I suppose that if there had been a conflict it would have been up to me to back up to the nearest turn out, rather than for him to do so. It would have been much easier for me.
