Books by Bicycling Magazine's editors Ed Pavelka and a couple others suggest it. I read it in
Bicycling's "Complete book of long distance cycling" and "Complete book of road cycling skills".
Despite the way Bicycling is put down in this newsgroup, those books are full of useful, solid
information, well organized and pretty well concentrated.

They'll definitely help me this year. I found them both in the library, and already bought one at a
book store, and intend to buy the other too.
