http://www.gomemphis.com/mca/local_n...232092,00.html A Speedo is an affront to Taco Bell workers CADDO VALLEY, Ark. - No shirt, no shoes, no pants, no freedom? A Little Rock man faces a fine and possible jail time after wearing a skimpy bathing suit into a fast-food restaurant during the Labor Day weekend. Workers at Taco Bell called police Sunday when Phillip Beard walked into the restaurant wearing only a tiny black Speedo bathing suit and a dark T-shirt that barely reached his waist. Caddo Valley Police Chief Hiram Latin said Beard's attire, or lack thereof, was a little too revealing. "He was inappropriately dressed for a restaurant," said Latin. "He had left his clothes at (DeGray Lake)." Beard faces a $750 fine and possible jail time if he is convicted of indecent exposure. According to Arkansas law, a person can be charged with indecent exposure if "he knows his conduct is likely to cause affront or alarm." Police ticketed Beard and took photos of him in the Speedo, for use in court. - The Associated Press Dashii |

The cops probably were going to let him go. But per usual he couldn't keep his mouth shut and that's what *really* landed him in the slammer. |

Recently I was in one of those restaurants and the waitress spelled cheese 'Caso' on the bill. |

They'll take the work the sons and daughters of the gringos won't. They buy houses on that money, too. Only experience with southern cooking was a Bisquit World drive through, off I-77 in West Virginia. Good source of carbs if you avoid the greasy meat. Then there's Waffle House... You can see three of them on one overpass on I-75 in Tennessee. |
