Default Fatal Crash in Denver - criminal charges

A bike - bike crash on the concrete bike path in Denver (Littleton) killed one rider (in October).
They have now decided to charge the other cyclist.

On the news they added that Weeks glanced off the first rider in the group - grazed the second and
then plowed head on into the third.
