Riding south of Houston, TX

Hi, I'm going to be in Pearland, Texas, just south of Houston, during from Christmas to New Years
day...I want to bring my bike and ride on the road while I'm there...I want to ride from 20 - 30
miles. Does anyone have any favorite routes around that area??? thanks, Marion
