Composite rear triangle??

I heard awhile back that Reynolds cycle composites is producing a composite rear triangle. How are
framebuilders overcoming the delamination problem due to eltrolysis buildup?? Are they using some
sort of ceramice sleave. Similar to what Look is doing???
