When I'm riding and stand to do a sprint the computer drops i.e.. from = 21 to 15 or 13 then jumps back up to normal speed. I know I"m not = slowing down that much. Anybody else notice this problem with the Cat = Eye 7's. Thanks |

I know I"m not slowing down that much. Anybody else notice this problem > with the Cat Eye 7's. Thanks > Occasionally, when the distance between the spoke magnet and the sending head is near the maximum, and you induce just enough flex into the bike to make it read n-1 out of n revolutions (e.g. 1 out of 2; 2 out of 3; 3 out of 4; etc.) Do the math as you ride, and if it fits one of these cases, you know you must adjust the clearance closer. If it's not that, I can't help. rick |
