Greetings All, I've been riding Chorus Pro-Fit pedals for a while and find that the release tension is too weak for me even when set at maximum tension. I like the pedals, but given the small amount of float, I find I slip sideways out of the pedals far too easily. Question: Is there any way to increase the tension? It seems that I recall Peter C. or someone here saying that you can bend the wire release to increase the tension. Thanks for any tips. ~John |

Unless there is something wrong with your pedals, I'd say they just don't suit you. Sell them and try something else. Mark Lee |

Perhaps you need to tweek the angle at which your cleat is mounted? In "SPD"-type pedals (especially Wellgo), just a slight twist makes all the difference between excellence and serious problems.
