You can see an excellent selection of available newsreaders for most major platforms at www.newsreaders.com > Analysis of posting to rec.bicycles.tech > > Holding 8606 messages received between 2003-08-30 05:06 at 2 and 2003-10-08 19:05 > > Top 20 newsreaders: 000001 1586 Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1158 000002 607 Forte Agent > 1.93/32.576 English (American) 000003 466 usenet-forum@cyclingforums.com 000004 274 Microsoft > Outlook Express 6.00.2600.0000 000005 256 Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1106 000006 247 > MT-NewsWatcher/3.3b1 (PPC Mac OS X) 000007 209 tin/1.4.2-20000205 ("Possession") (UNIX) <snip> Is this by posts or posters? > Hmmmm... H'mmmm... I hope you did a [user]-$ make -n install before you did [user]-$ sudo make install Peronally I think sudo is the work of satan, and always have it disabled.
