Default All this talk about rims and wheels and tires and trainers...got me wondering...

What about rim drive mag trainers? I got one last year for Christmas and rode it with my mountain
bike mostly during the winter, then over the summer purchased a nice Trek 2200 road bike. The bike
fit on the trainer with a little tinkering to get the rim re-lined up correctly...

Then I see this thread about wearing out rims and tires and stuff, and I got nervous...

Are rim drive mag trainers okay to use on somewhat (well, they're bontrager select...nicest *I've*
ever owned...so no ribs) nice wheels?
