Along with all my complaining I have to mention when a product and a company seems to do right. I've been using trainers for more than ten years and have had such bad luck with the products failing and the companies promptly honoring their warranty that I got to where I have two trainers, so one will always work. Last fall I bought a Cycleops Fluid 2 trainer because I got a good deal on it. I have put a little more than 2000 miles on it and last week a small metal piece that holds the resistance unit against the rear wheel stipped out. I call them the next day and received the correct part last night. No hassle at all. They just sent it out. Speaking only from my own experience, Tom |
