Disc Brake Adapter for 2001 Gary Fisher Hoo Koo E Koo Frame, Disk Brake

I bought Avid cable actuated disc brakes for my HKEK. Although there is a pattern of 3 holes in the
seatstay, it does not seem to be the ISO configuration. Is there some sort of adapter available to
mount on the Fisher frame to provide the ISO mount for disc brakes? Thanks!
