Ventured to the Portland Public Market yesterday, among other taste treats I picked up some spicy thai sausage (sai grog) at Forbes Meat Company. I've had it in appetizers at Thai restaurants before. I'm not quite sure as to what to do with it though. I want a bit more flair than just tossing it on the grill. My searches are turning up recipes for the sausage itself, and a zillion restaurants that serve it. Alas if the best way to serve it is grilled with sticky rice that'll work. Thanks, Jessica |

Grilling seems to be the most popular method of cooking it. Michael -- Deathbed statement... "Codeine . . . bourbon." ~~Tallulah Bankhead, actress, d. December 12, 1968 |
