Uh, by itself, flour of any type is *not* a batter. Batter implies a
liquid.

i just pasted what was missing in the recipe.

flour mixed with other ingredients in my recipe will make it a batter

Help! I can't tell which are the marinade ingredients and which are the
batter ingredients!
It does sound like it could be delicious.
