Good morning all, A little background. I am a fairly large individual 6'3" about 218 lbs and have been running for about a year and a half. Up to about 20 miles per week. Basically trying to get into shape again. LSD pace about 9:30 About 6 months ago I started experiencing pressure on the front and inside of my knees when running. There is no pain just pressure feels like there is "air" inside. This usually subsides after about 12 hours, and then will begin after I start running the next day. Warming up and stretching do not seem to make a difference, nor does icing/heating after running. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks |
