The following table of calories burned per hour per kg was posted about a year ago. Note that for a
75 kg person this works out to about 130 Calories/mile. For a 60 kg person, it's about 100
Calories/mile. Credit to the original poster.

So my long training run is 12 miles in 2 hours (i.e. 10 mins/mile). I am 75Kg so I burn 2 * 75 *
10.2 = 1530kcal (That'll do very nicely thanks)
