Default The Hypergravity training track for runners

Dear friends, this message is very important and i want your collaboration. Your newsgroup is for
runners and i think my message is very useful for you. I am an italian engineer. I have invented the
centrifugal track. Do you know the hypergravity traning running? It's a revolutionary training
method for runners. University of Rome, and the University of Catania have calcolate that on the
centrifugal track the athletes run with the maximum muscle power and contemporary with maximum
frequency and maximum ground reaction force. The maximum power in increased of 42% more than 100
metres dash. Actually the italian recordman in 400 m dash indoor (Saber) uses this new revolutionary
training system. Visit the site: http://www.pistacentrifuga.com/eng_new/index_e.htm

My site is in IAAF site IAAF.org > Links > Coaching/Science
