Please excuse my typo, sometimes i let my spell check defeat me and sometimes it's just my plain fault. You can tear you partially tear your planter's tendon. In my case, I was pushing too fast interval training on a treadmill. How long does one have to wait till one can safely run. I rushed it last time and not running is killing me! Bob |
