Default Partitally tore my plamer tendon again

A short of cortisone, and no running at all for 2 months at least! :-(

A palm*a*r tendon is in your palm. A palmer tendon is one belonging to anyone by the name of Palmer.
Can't see why one should have to stop running for either of those.

I suspect he meant to say plantar tendon.

Please excuse my typo, sometimes i let my spell check defeat me and sometimes it's just my
plain fault.

You can tear you partially tear your planter's tendon. In my case, I was pushing too fast interval
training on a treadmill.

How long does one have to wait till one can safely run. I rushed it last time and not running is
killing me!

I tore mine in 1954, it's still healing, and I hope to run again someday around 2009.
