Hello all, I have been diagnosed with what my doctor calls Mouse Shoulder from working the computer mouse all day. It is really putting a damper on my work-outs. I've tried the Ergonomic mouses and keyboards, they are better but I still need some Trigger Point treatment. He recommended a product called a Theracane or a Pressure Pointer for self-treatment. I tried the Thercane at his office, it felt pretty good, but, does anyone have any experience/success with either of these devices? The Pressure Pointer seems neat because you use your foot to apply the pressure. Anyone have any any other treatments that worked for you? Thanks for any information, Gary |

Just lay down, put the ball in the right spot and let your body supply the pressure. |
